Italian Stuffed Peppers

Cook:
ground Chicken Italian Sausage
ground Chicken Spicy Italian Sausage

cut into small bits

Mix w/:
Ricotta Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Rice
Trader Joes Arrabiata Sauce


Fill Red, Yellow, Orange Peppers with mixture
Place in pan sprayed with olive oil

Bake until hot throughout, we prefer peppers still have some firmness to them

When almost done, top with fresh mozzarella & let melt
