Mushroom Soup

- Boil Potatoes in water
- Mash

Add Sauteed:
- Onions
- Garlic
- Celery

Add: Sauteed:
- White Mushrooms
- Portabella Mushrooms
- Shiitake Mushrooms
- Red Wine (til reduced)

Add:
- Seasoning Salt
- Thyme
- Tarragon
- Garlic Powder
- Chives
- Bay Leaf
- Pepper
- Diced Cream Cheese (stir til melted)

Serve with Goat Cheese on Top
