Grilled Leftovers into a Salad

salad:
orzo
quinoia
wild rice
grilled steak
grilled asparagus
grilled zucchini
grilled mushrooms
pistachios
currants or yellow raisins
fresh green herbs

whisk dressing:
garlic mustard
lemon juice
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
