- Marinate short ribs 4 hrs - overnight:
sesame oil (or olive)
soy sauce
sherry
honey
minced garlic
minced ginger
sesame seeds
chives
chili flakes
- Slow Cook 4-6 hrs
- Pull out the short ribs & grill
- Cook down the remaining marinade from the slow cooker to reduce
- Add can of tomato sauce and simmer
